Augnablik means The moment and it is a nonprofit organisation which was
established in the year 1991. The goal of the assosiation is to be a
creative field for art, research and education.

Hiking in an endangered wilderness with Ósk and Ásta
2003 – 2006
Ásta Arnardóttir og Ósk Vilhjálmsdóttir organized treks
in a remote area endangered by the hydroelectric powerplant
Kárahnjúkadam, hiking along the glacial rivers, in the valley of
Hjalladalur and Fljótsdalur they visited the heart of Icelandic
wildlife where the reindeers and the pinkfooded goose live. They took
over 1000 people to the wilderness of Snæfell.
